It is VITAL to adhere to our 50% deposit policy for the following reasons:

• it secures your job in our queueing system
• It avoids delays in purchasing the necessary materials
• It confirms that our customers are serious about receiving their jobs timeously

Our PAYMENT TERMS are simple:
• 50% deposit prior to the start of the job
• Balance of payment upon collection.
• We DO NOT have a 30 day policy.

URGENT JOBS:
• Urgent jobs require FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT
• 50% is surcharge on all rushed jobs
• Rushed work will result in poor quality production. Orb8 Arts and its staff will therefore not be held accountable for quality losses.

PRICING:
• Prices are subject to availability and Rand value fluctuations

If you find that your job has not begun, please confirm that your deposit has been paid.

INSTALLATIONS:
• We have various installers in our database
• Please download our installer form and complete the relevant details so we can assist you to obtain the best installer for your job.

ARTWORK AND COLOUR-MATCHING:
• If artwork is not supplied or is not to specifications as per our spec sheet, we will charge per hour to make corrections.
• We WILL NOT be held responsible for any spelling/pricing errors as this forms part of artwork which must be approved before production.
• If proofs are not supplied or signed off and colours are not specified, we WILL NOT take responsibilty for any deviation in the final product in any form.

DELIVERY:
• this is calculated on distance, weight and quantity. Please specify.

GUARANTEES:
• If any product is rejected, please return within 7 days
• We will assess the defect and either replace the product or re-imburse you accordingly
• Most mechanism carry a one year warrantee and we have replacement parts for them
• Special promotional items carry no warrantee as they are once-off items
• Digitally printed items left exposed to the elements will eventually fade. We guarantee them for only 6 months.
• Peeling and curling of vinyls: the defect and circumstances must be assessed before a decision is made to replace or not.
